Who operates OurDream
Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates OurDream. The service's Terms and Privacy Policy cover ourdream.ai and ourdream.io as a shared service with one account. A profile is still an AI character, not a person personally responding.
For an account or purchase issue, use support@ourdream.ai or Request Help in Profile. Use trust@ourdream.ai for an appropriate privacy or safety request.
Private chats are not public packs

Model and service providers can process information needed to generate a response. Do not interpret transport or storage encryption as a guarantee that only your device can ever process a message.
Protect the account and the information you enter
Use a unique password and the original sign-in method. Keep passwords, identity documents and full payment credentials out of character chat. Complete an age check only through the designated verification flow when the service requires it.
Account, payment, content, device and usage data are handled under the Privacy Policy. AI replies can be inaccurate. A character's statement about billing, privacy or product settings is not an account decision.
Make a data request
Contact the privacy channel from the relevant account address and describe the request, such as access, correction, deletion or export. The options and required checks depend on the applicable policy and your location.
Permanent account deletion is different from hiding a profile or stopping renewal. Review the consequences first. For an unwanted public item, use reporting controls instead of reposting someone else's content.
