Before deleting
Check whether you want to remove the account or simply stop the next payment. For renewal alone, use cancellation. Resolve an outstanding billing request before removing the account you need support to inspect.
Save your own definitions and available results that you want to keep. Deletion removes generations, unpublished characters, chat history and unused coins. A deleted account cannot be restored later.
Find and confirm the deletion control
- Sign in and open Profile.
- Find account management or the Danger Zone in account settings.
- Choose the account-deletion option.
- Read the consequences and complete the confirmation prompts.
- Keep any completion notice.
Use the account control rather than asking a character to delete data. If you cannot sign in, begin with access recovery or contact support from the linked email.
Subscription and data consequences
A successfully completed account deletion also cancels an active subscription under the account guidance. Check the confirmation, especially if a renewal is close. A deletion request is not a payment-refund approval.
