A pack belongs to one character
A community pack contains images and videos for a particular character. Unlocking that pack does not unlock every other character's collection, and subscribing alone does not include every pack purchase.
Review the character name, pack contents and displayed price. Pack pricing can vary, so use the selected offer rather than assuming a single amount applies to the whole catalogue.
Find an unlock again
Look in My AI's Collections area for purchased packs. Use the same account that completed the unlock. Viewing pack media requires an active subscription; a lapsed membership can leave previously unlocked content blurred until access is restored.
A pack can include later content for that character under its access rules. It is not a request to generate a bespoke picture for you. Use image generation for a scene of your own.
Public media and your own visibility
Generations using public characters can enter their public packs without identifying the user who made them. Private and unlisted characters have different visibility. Inspect the character's sharing state if keeping a generation out of a public collection matters to you.
Read chat and media visibility before sharing. A character's creator cannot simply read another user's private conversation because they created the profile.
Community support and reporting
Use in-product reporting for a character, media item or account that appears to break a rule. Include the item and relevant context rather than reposting private material. The community Discord can carry service announcements, but it is not a reason to share sign-in codes or payment credentials.
For billing or account changes, use the profile's Request Help control or the support channel. For a missing response, begin with technical checks.
