Browsing, sending a message and generating media have different requirements. Check the access and balance shown on your account before starting an action.
Plans and pricing
Compare the amount charged now, the renewal period and the included allowance. Prices below describe the published Standard US-dollar plans, not every offer shown at checkout.
Dream Coins
Dream Coins pay for eligible actions. Check the balance and the price attached to the selected tool before confirming a generation or another charged action.
Promo and referral codes
A price discount, a referral reward and a subscription bonus are not the same thing. Check the benefit attached to your account before completing a purchase.
Cancel a subscription
Complete cancellation in the account that holds the membership. Stopping renewal, requesting a refund and deleting an account are different actions.
Refund requests
Contact account support about the specific purchase. Eligibility depends on the product, usage, payment method and applicable terms; a request is not automatic approval.
Payments and purchase codes
A declined payment, a pending payment and a completed purchase with missing access need different checks. Keep the receipt and exact checkout notice before trying again.
Characters and conversations
Character styles
A character's introduction tells you more than a portrait alone. Choose a role, a setting and a conversation style you want to explore.
Create a character
Give the character a reason to speak and a situation to respond to. A short, consistent definition is easier to test than a long list of unrelated traits.
Chat and model settings
Use the profile's introduction as your starting point. Add a setting, an action or a question, then give the character room to respond.
Prompts and scene context
Give the character something concrete to respond to. A role, a place and one next action can establish a scene without a long set of rules.
Group chats
A shared scene is easier to follow when each character has a clear role. Address the participant you want to hear from and keep the immediate situation consistent.
Feed and community packs
A public character, a conversation and a pack of media are separate parts of OurDream. Check what an unlock includes before spending coins.
Chat languages
State the language you want the character to use. Interface labels, character replies and available voice options are separate settings or capabilities.
Memory and pinned details
Keep lasting facts separate from the next line of dialogue. A character's definition, pinned memory and a short scene recap serve different purposes.
Images, video and voice
Image generation
Describe one scene and review the settings before generating. Style, composition, quantity and available editing options are separate choices.
Video generation
Start with a single movement in a clear setting. Review the selected duration, quality and cost before generating or extending a clip.
Voice and calls
Listening to narration and starting a call are different actions. Check the controls available for the selected character and the charge shown before starting.
Account and access
iPhone and Android
OurDream runs in a browser. You can add a home-screen shortcut for quicker access instead of downloading a native App Store or Google Play application.
Login and verification
Use the account linked to your subscription, characters and balance. Signing into a different account does not transfer the original purchase.
Troubleshooting
Start with the affected action. A missing email, a slow response and a failed video need different checks; one browser error does not establish a site-wide outage.
Delete an account
Deletion is permanent. Review the subscription and save anything you need before removing access to characters, generations and conversation history.

Send account and purchase questions to support@ourdream.ai. Use trust@ourdream.ai for a privacy request or safety concern. Include enough detail to identify the problem without sharing credentials.

Your conversation and a character's public media pack have different visibility rules. Check the account and character settings before sharing content.
Age and content rules
OurDream is for adults 18+. Adult access does not remove age, consent, likeness or moderation requirements.
Choosing a platform
Start with your actual routine. A platform for mostly text conversation and one used for frequent video can have very different costs and controls.
OurDream and Candy AI
Both services offer fictional AI characters and media features. Compare the specific task and account offer you intend to use, rather than assuming a similar feature name means identical access.
Service terms
Dream Studio USA, Inc. operates OurDream. Use the agreement presented when you register or purchase for the terms that apply to your account.
Personal data and cookies
We use account information to provide the service and handle support requests. What you submit, what other users can see and what your browser stores are separate questions.
Affiliate program
Our affiliate program is for partners referring customers. It is separate from a subscriber referral reward or a Dream Coin balance.
