Subscription deposits and extra purchases

Your membership's coin deposit follows the subscription billing anniversary. A yearly payment still has monthly deposits; it does not give every future monthly allocation at once. Check the subscription date and transaction history if a deposit appears late.

Additional coin purchases require an active subscription. Compare the selected package with the displayed balance before paying. If a completed purchase is missing, use subscription sync and account troubleshooting before placing another order.

Free coins, referrals and codes

Eligible referral rewards have conditions. Read the offer on the account and checkout rather than assuming that an arbitrary code gives a fixed amount. A referral credit, a plan's introductory bonus and a discount on its price are different benefits.

Use the promo and referral checks for a reward. Do not give a third party account access to obtain coins.

Failed actions and account closure

When an error explicitly marks a generation as refunded, check the balance and transaction history before retrying. If the credit is still missing, send support the failure time and action details. Subscription cancellation, a payment refund and account deletion affect access differently; review each confirmation before proceeding.
