Information used to provide the service

The service's Privacy Policy describes account, payment, content, support, device and usage information. Processing can involve service vendors, payment providers and other parties needed for operation, security and legal requirements. The policy also describes service improvement, including machine-learning uses.

For a conversation, provide only the scene details you need. Keep credentials and identity documents out of character chat. The visibility explanation distinguishes private conversations from public-character media packs.

Cookies and browser preferences

The service policy describes cookies and related technologies. Your browser also saves choices such as saved characters, language, sidebar state and a dismissed promotion. These preferences belong to the current browser; they are not a copy of your paid account or its chat history.

To clear them, use your browser's site-data controls. Removing account-site cookies can sign you out. Clearing a saved-character preference does not delete the character, stop renewal or remove an account.

Request access, correction or deletion

Email trust@ourdream.ai from the relevant account address. State the request and identify the account without including a password or full card number. Verification may be needed; available rights and retention exceptions depend on the applicable policy and location.

1. Name the information or account concerned.
2. Say whether you want access, correction, export or deletion.
3. Keep the request and any reply.
4. Complete a verification step only through the designated channel.

Choose the action that matches your intention

Use cancellation to stop the next renewal. Review permanent deletion before removing account content and unused coins. A browser-data reset does neither.

If the concern is an unwanted public item rather than your stored account information, use the item's report control and the reporting route.
